Connected Youth
We are greatful to Benefect and Ardbarron Trust for parterning with us on this project. This project will develop apprentices in Youth Ministry and Youth Work.
Belfast YMCA and CFC South are collaborating to equip emerging youth leaders through the 10-month Connected Youth Apprenticeship programme.
Applications for our 2026/27 apprenticeship are now open!
If you are interested in joining us as an apprentice in September 2026 you can download this year’s information pack to get an idea of what to expect in the role.
This paid position offers opportunities to serve in faith-based youth ministry in Youth Church with CFC South, as well as faith development outreach, Youth Club and in schools with the Belfast YMCA Youth Team.
We seek to connect the apprentices to each other, the wider community and to Jesus.
We will create a range of opportunities for the team to serve the Church and communities across Belfast.
We will help them discover who they are in Christ and who God has uniquely created them to be.
The team will be equipped with skills for both youth work/ministry and for their lives as a whole. We want our apprentices to leave the project having been invested in with training and networking opportunities and equipped for the next stage of their adventure.
Deadline for applications - Monday 29th June 11:00 am
